Below you will find photos celebrating the lives of U.S. children and adults with Marshall-Smith Syndrome (MSS) who left this world too soon. Though their time with us was far too brief, their stories continue to inspire strength, compassion, and hope for everyone touched by MSS.
May memories of these wonderful angels float freely through our minds like dandelion seeds on the breeze—gentle, peaceful, and everlasting. While their physical presence is missed every day, their spirit lives on through the awareness they helped create, the research they inspired, and the families and advocates who continue working toward a brighter future.

“Despite his short time here on Earth, Connor touched everyone that had the honor of meeting him. He was such a happy boy, and I was blessed to be his Mommy. Connor made me a better person, and I would not be who I am today if not for him. I love you my sweet boy.”
-Shannon, Connor’s mother
